[Resolved]  Lord balaji gas agency,EGMORE, CHENNAI - TIN NO. [protected] — no gas delivery

it has been one year since i have been with this gas company and firstly, their numbers are either always ringing or engaged. secondly, they do not deliver the gas even after taking the booking. on repeat calls and requests they keep on saying 2 or 3 days more. in 12 months i have had to collect the gas myself 10 times and it has been delivered only two times. it is unnecessary harassment for working people with kids, not to mention the additional cost. any number of complaints to them does not help. please help.
