[Resolved] LORD KRISHNA BUILDERS, THRISSUR — MANIPULATION IN CARPET AREA | |||
I have purchased a flat from Lord Krishna Builders, thissur for a agreement area of 532 sq.ft. As per the Municipal approved plan the area diff of super built-up and carpet is 20% only. As the carper area is only 340 sq.ft then comes to super built-up as per plan Appx 425 sq ft. But the builder make area diff to 36% i.e. 16% more than the approved plan. I request all the flat purchasers of Kerala-Please beware this builder while purchasing flat from them and please verify area according to plan before finalizing the deal. Yes They are absolutely cheaters. They showed me wide area near the flat and offered garden and all other kind of other amenities. I had booked a flat and they promised me to give back the advance if I don't want to buy it later.I changed my mind after I found that they were cheaters, wanted my advance back.It has been more than 2 years since I haven't got my money back.Be careful

Please note that 7% to 8% will be the difference between carpet area and plinth area ( The area for the wall thickness). If there is any additional facilities like common area etc 20-22% will come. I dont know what is the kind of facilities.
The candidates don't accept the job offer from Lord Krishna Builders; its management was untrustworthy. They will cheat you without giving salary, leave & the claim-expenses for the company. They will terminate you without a clear reason; unexpectedly.Moreover; they will impose additional duties upon you which is not inclusive in your job profile. This the experience of my friend.
one of my friend joined in lord Krishna builders, in Marketing department with a unrealistic price, which is higher than all builders, he informed the situation to the management several times but no result and they put all blames to him about his confidence to selling with a higher price, and give other duties which is not coming under his work profile other interesting thing is they will not give you a offer letter means they will terminate you from the post at any time without any valid reason lots of employees are terminated last year not for their fault but for the politics in the management some of the experienced ones dropped their job and left.If any of one need one month internship experience go and join with them or candidates with integrity and good qualification please don't waste your time because they will not even listen your words, there is a monologue only, you have no opportunity to talk just listen and they will entrust duties which is not coming under your work profile ...
