[Resolved]  Lotto Shoes — sole crack

Dear Sir,

I Have Purchase Lotto sandal from Lotto Exlusive brand shop at Jyoti Mall at Jyoti chowk Nakodar road Jalandhar (Punjab) dated[protected] price MRP Rs1299 & after 30% discount i pay rs 909 in INR.i have wear sandal only 4 times.but i found crack in sole before three months on dated[protected].i found surprise when i saw there was no any lotto showroom at Jyoti mall.i ask to Lotto Showroom's Neighbour nobody is know about showroom.so pl help me what can i do.coz i am LOTTO's loyal customer from last three years.kindly revert me as earier as possible.
