FY64573EE301684D0ED1 is my order number. I have been trying to book a return on the lotto website but the order section does not show my order that is already delivered. I have written two emails to the official address but there is no response.

I bought the shoes from Lotto Vaishali Nagar Jaipur on 20/01/2023 and I have worn it only once. Due to this shoe, I have also got scratch on my big toe. One of these shoes is small and the other one is big. And it is also visible. That's why I request you to replace it, it was of no use to me. In the shoes of 2099, there was no such problem in the shoes of a good brand, according to me, because we believe in the brand and buy it.

A certain standard of quality is expected by a customer while purchasing from a branded outlet just as lotto but I have purchased items from a lotto outlet in Alwar Rajasthan and all I have got with the purchase is huge disappointment from quality of the products received as well as no response from their head office and customer care regarding the solution to the problem raised.

I have made multiple purchases of about 10k in Nov/Dec 2022 and wore the items once since then and without a wash all the items have now have lint and pill fiber all over it. The entire outfit is filled with such pill fibers visible with Naked eyes making it impossible to wear.

As a concerned customer when I went back to the store they informed me that they have to send the item and item pictures with complaint to the head office for approval and it's been over 2 months now since this info was shared and there has been no response from their end. Even they have the product with them since January and everytime I check with store all they have to say is they can't do anything till the office approves.

This issue has been raised and is piled up by them for over 2 months now and we haven't received any response /update as of now.

Bad product of lotto one year two damage rating[protected] bad to bad

I purchased a pair of shoes of lotto company on 26 Nov 2021 from CSD., it has one year warranty, this pair has tore near the sole in Dec 2021, I tried to contact a dealer to change it, but after more than 6 months their is no any satisfied reply came from the dealer, I'm still waiting to change the pair.

I have purchased lotto dawdle Navy training shoes online from the website lotto.com on dated 28/02/2022. The INVOICE NUMBER of the product is t0152/04169 . The product is damaged within first use . The upper taping of the both shoes tear off from the upper portion of the shoes. The shoes are under warranty of one year. So please replace the shoes within warranty period as soon as possible.

Purchased lotto PRIMO shoes today 09/04/2022 at
12pm.
When i tried those shoes at first today (09/04/20022) at 6pm, it felt little uncomfortable and loose, and after sometime when I'm playing i noticed that the shoes we're damage in the side and because it's not good fit, I got my ankle twisted which lead to leg swelling. So kindly i want to change the shoes or get the refund.

Both of my zip were failed in my track pant on second day since i bought it

I'm Amir khan and I was paid ₹90000 through MSEWA software pvt ltd payment getaway to lotto website.
This website is big scammer . Huge amount of money was strapped. Lots of people going to depression for this scam.
More than 5 lakh people lost their money .And each individual lost between 500 to 1 lak
And I was also one of them .
So please help me and refund my money kindly.

Sir I have pirchased sports shoes which costs 2299/- after using it it teared in just under 3 months... my city doesn't having service center or showrooms.. I dont know whome should I call or say about this.. plz give some hint..

I'm sorry to inform you that my very first experience with Lotto product is not satisfactory. As I had purchased a pair of sandal @₹1499/- in April and now I noticed that it's sole is cracking. It's just about 4 months of purchase & it is used for office purpose only.
Now what I may expect from the company. May I get a replacement for it, if possible.
Please consider the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
I have sent an email to [protected]@sportslifestyle.in regarding the same but didn't got any reply yet.

Recklessly responding, uninterested and not even showing the products and using an aggressive language when asked about why she's not responding but literally watching videos on mobile when customers are around there. Doesn't even allow us to reach out to the supervisor saying she doesn't have one. A complete unprofessional experience for a brand like lotto. She literally says that a lot of customers come and go in a day and she doesn't need to respond to everyone and carelessly says to complain to whoever we can.
