I WAS A CUSTOMER OF GUHAN GAS SERVICE AMBALATHARA, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA AND MY CUSTOMER NO. WAS 5440. I HAD BOOKED FOR AN ADDITIONAL GAD CYLINDER IN THIS AGENCY ON 3-7-06 VIDE BOOKING NO.KESO/LPH 98625. AS I HAVE SHIFTED MY RESIDENCE, MY GAS CONNECTION HAS BEEN SHIFTED TO K.R GAS AGENCIES TC-55/1741, KAIMANAM, TRIVANDRUM- PH.[protected],2492402 ON 23/12/08. MY CONSUMER NO. IN THE NEW AGENCY IS 25961. REGISTRATION FOR THE ADDITIONAL CYLINDER WAS ALSO MADE IN THE NEW AGENCY ON 21/1/2009 AND A COPYTHE REGISTRATION SLIP ISSUED BY THE PREVIOUS AGENCY WAS HANDED OVER TO THE NEW AGENCY FOR THE RESTORATION OF MY SENIORITY. NOW IT IS KNOWN THROUGH NEWS PAPER THAT BOOKING FOR ADDL. CYLINDERS UP TO 2007 ARE BEING FULFILLED. THEN I APPROACHED THE K.R. AGENCIES ON 3/8/09 AND REQUESTED TO RELEASE THE 2ND CYLINDER . I AM VISITING THEIR OFFICE EVERY WEEK FOR THIS PURPOSE. BUT THE CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED TO ME SO FAR. THE OWNER OF THE AGENCY IS BEHAVING IN AN INDECENT MANNER WHEN APPROACHED FOR THIS. I COULD SEE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS FREEQUENTLY COMING TO THIS AGENCY FOR THIS PURPOSE AND GOING OUT FRUITLESSLY.
