It has been return back to the consignor DELHI for the Incorrect contact details and Incorrect address given by the consignor .
Please cancel my order and refund my paid amount.
I am cancelling product because of your service. Please accept order cancellation and refund my paid amount .
but still now thay have not refunded my money.

Sub: Non-Payment of Final PF against PF account No.BR/JP/13109/1797
Dear Sir,
Kindly refer to my letter dated 28.02.2009 on the subject mentioned above. It is a matter great regret that even if more than 5 months have already been passed neither my PF amount has been refunded nor a reply sent to me.
It is once again submitted that I was working under M/s Larsen & Toubro Ltd. for a period of two years from 04.07.2005 to 30.06.2007 as Electrical Supervisor for the Annual Maintenance Contract of Stackers and Reclaimers of Mechanized Coal Handling Plant of Paradip Port Trust. Before shifting of your establishment from Paradip Port, I had submitted my application forms with others for release of my Provident Fund and pension under my account No.BR/JP/13109/1797.
Owing to non receipt of PF, since other applicants have received their PF, I reminded the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Jamshedpur to expedite release of my dues. The Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, SRO, Jamshedpur in his letter No. JH/SRO/JSR/JA-2/JH/13109/1797/09/3373 dt.21.01.2009 have intimated me that the claim form has not been received by them and requested me to submit the form No.19 and 10 -C duly filled in again and signed by the authorized officer of the establishment so as to enable them to release my dues. The copy of the letter is enclosed herewith again for your reference.
It is therefore, once again requested to make necessary arrangement to release my P.F and pension with updated interest at the earliest
