L&T Infotech — False WALK IN(LnT Infotech)_HR_Won't provide offer letter after SELECTION

HI Friends,

In LnT infotech HR said your selected ask to fill that employment application form and provided letter to take medical fitness,After completing Medical check up ,I went and enquire about offer letter they ask to wait for some days but later they said your are not selected.

It was shocking not about L&T. Infact I have issue with this coy. On 21 May 2010 I had attended a interview at Bangalore (the event was was Oraganised by Pirya Nalli of Chennai) and I was selected in both the rounds and filled up all the employeement form and submitted the documents and was told that I will be getting my Offer letter on following Monday, but that Monday did not come and on enuiry with Priya she told that my candidature has been ruled out .

See I am Oracle PLSQL professional with about 12 years of experience and working with Oracle Corporation for the last four years. I am really disappointed with that shobby treatment of L&T.

Now I would like to take up this matter with top Management of L&T against this stupid lady. Being L&T employee can you share some contact details of L&T top brass wud be great help

It may happen some times but not all times

I have given an interview with Lnt Infotech Mumbai (Powai) and got selected for Payments manual tester position. Mr. Mridul Sharma from HR took my final round and confirmed me about my selection. I had submitted all required documents to them as per the email sent by the above HR and he informed me that he will sending me salary card(offer) and medical test form soon. Post one week of interview, Mridul called me and shared the salary card to which I provided my acceptance and I was asked to wait for a medical form.

After one week, HR reverted to me saying that corresponding position is on hold for INFINITE time and will get back to you... This is how the Lnt Infotech follow the hiring policy??? After giving me an offer, HR told me that position is scraped by the higher management and nothing can be done now...

I want someone to share the email address of Higher management of Lnt Infotech so that I can share this situation and the brand and reputation of Lnt Infotech with them!!!
