Luminous Inverter — I want Replacement of my Inverter

I BUY A INVERTER JUST BEFORE A MONTH ON 11-JULY-2009, WITHIN A MONTH IT FAIL AND NOT WORKING. I INFORMED COMPANY, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL RESOLVE IT WITHIN A DAY. BUT NO RESPONSE, I LODGE A COMPLAINT ON 19-AUG-2009 IN COMPANY. PLEASE REPLACE MY INVERTER.

Dear Sir,

This is bring to your kind notice that I had purchased Luminous Inverter -800Va sign wave with Battery 1L 18000+ Trolley module for worth Rs 13000/- on Dt 19-07-09 vide bill no 215 from your Authorised Dealer M/s Shiva Electronics which is located at Panchkula Road Baltana, Zirakpur (Punjab). I would like to inform you since from installation the inverter is giving regular problem and I have logged the 2-3 complaints into your local service centre. The details of complaints are -6797 dt 05-10-09, ul62796 dt 06-10-09 and other is not having the record. The Technicians visited on the complaints and made the small maintenance which was not satisfied and finally the PCV card is damaged in 2 and half months.
If they checks seriously and takes carefully on 1st complaint then I think that the said component is save to damage. Now I want replace the complete Inverter instead of changes the spare because this is the major spare of the machine and after changed if the said component is damage again then it does mean that there actual problem in the machine.
Regarding this issues I have been discussed with local officials as well as sales executives but they are forcing to change the component.

Sir, you are requested to pls look the matter and help to getting replace the complete Inverter. I shall be highly thankful to you.

We already log the complaint 3-4 days back but there is no reply...?

I have bought a luminuos inverter on 12/06/2010, serial number-B2CL3P[protected] from Multi channel(garia, kolkata).Within 2 months time it started showing faults, ie within the warranty period.I lodged a complain number-UL104895, althought your company claims of resolving the problem within 48 hours it took 2 weeks for your service person to come and attend the problem inspite of several repeatative reminders.The service was not at all satisfactory.He told us some reason and wrote some other reason in the service report form, inspite of our explainations he said if this problem persists call us again and left.Naturally after a few days we checked all the wiring of the house and reduced some of the loads as he suggested, still the problem exsists.In kolkata the service numbers provided to us from your head office is hardly picked up by anyone or switched off.If we call the 24 hours helpline or headoffice they refer us to kolkata centre and hardly accept to take any responsibility.I have again lodged a complain, number-Ul108229.Please see that the service is provided as soon as possible & it is resolved as well instead of only doing eye wash, if necessary replace the troubleshooting machine.I heard a lot of your company so we made a decision to buy it but unfortunately viewing your service I conclude that it was a wrong decision as you people make big promises in your advertising agenda but don't fullfill it.Moreover the way our complain is being attended we feel like being cheated.I hope you belong to one of those companies for whom reputation matters a lot, so please try to solve my problem with full sincerity.
