sir, i had made a complaint on 17th of june, 2009 regarding my inverter but i didn't get any reply from any person . tell me wot would i do or i go to consumer court.

I have luminous inverter. for some time it is giving problem. When we used for 10 to 1 minutes when light is not then inverter start chaging continuously. Earlier it was automotically cut and then returned on mains. Now it is not come to mains and continuously charging. A lot of electricity is being consumed. Please toll me what to do?
