mr pawan sharma, we are really sorry for the inconvelience caused to you. You are completely right when u are saying that we visited and attended your complaint, but also we provided you three different inverters on service. still the problem persisted and we had told you then only that the problem is there in your electrical wiring ang you use heavy wattage motor on a small inverter which is beyond its capacity. Now Mr Sharma and Mr jagram, We had again provided you another inverter and you again damaged the inverter with overloading by the motor. Sir we again request you to correct the electrical circuit issue and forgive us for any poor service if provided by us.
now, the inverter is not working .i have repeatedly made complaints to both shopkeeper and customer care luminous.their person comes but is unable to correct the fault.he has card changed, but problem is not shortout.i am tired of making complaints to both of them .nobody is interested in the matter. kindly tell me how to approach consumer court.i want replacement of the inverter.
