[Resolved]  Luminous Ups — after sales complaint

i had purchased a luminous viva ups in 2006 it is under warrenty of two years. I register a complaint at luminous delhi on 12/07/08 but no action has been taken thereon a person came today and took my ups and gave a service ups and said it would be repared and given back but the service ups is not working either.

ups not working

i want to tell you that my luminous ups(crest) is not working at all for the last 20 days
its serial no. is B6DL[protected] RATING 600VA

IT was purchased on march 2008

so please do the required action

luminous sales service is worst than anyone.
i bought a luminous ups few months ago.
from the first week it started to trip whenever electricity comes. means when the power comes after failure of some time.
i complaining from then and i m total helpless. i go to service center 4 times and they took my ups for 2 days and then returned, when i came home, , same condition.
when i pressured too much one day a person (service engineer from company) comes. he fight with ups for 4 hours then he say that ups in now OK. I believed. but in evening when power comes the ups again show its problem.

from the day no one is coming even after many complaints..

what the hell i do..
I never sugges anyone to use luminous products.
at last i bought a microtek UPS. Microtek is best... still hoping that someone is coming and help me.
i bought a luminous ups 600 va few months ago.(It is under warrenty)

hi sir my uos is not giving output ie its green light doesnt blow only yellow light blow.Its reg.sr.no is b4bl[protected] is it in warranty period or not.

I have purchased a Luminous UPS BL 600VA DUO (Serial No.[protected]) on 8/03/2014 from Patna Battery Centre, Budha Marg, Patna-800001.But from 1st day it is not functioning properly.With every fluctuation computer system get closed instead of protecting data it closes the system.I lodged complain on 8/04/2014, 11/04/2014, 19/04/2014, 5/05/2014 and 11/05/2014.on 1st 2 day they attended and thereafter they even did not responded against my complain dated 19/04/2014 & 5/05/2014.Let us hope good response for my last complain otherwise I have to move to Consumer Court for replacement of defective set.
