I bought it last year in December

It was not working properly since the beginning and I complained many times. A replacement was done but that even did not work.

It doesn't work for even 15 minutes for just a wifi router.

This company sucks. Won't be buying inverter from them.

After I provided the requested details then one of your agent wrote to me on WhatsApp: I have updated from my side (247 Around) now flipkart person will check and he'll do return or replacement, for more details or any update pls have a word with filpkart customer care. And then nothing happened

    Hi Team,

    Regarding Complaint no-MJCBR[protected].

    I have been a customer of microtek since last 7-8 years.

    I bought a new inverter on may 2023. It stopped working and i raised a complaint on 23rd August.

    Everyday I was following up with customer care and they were assuring me that it will be resolved under 72 hours since 72 hours is your SLA.

    Today also before engineer Visit i called a local agent (name Rupesh) and he was saying same thing wait your SLA has not completed yet.

    After engineer visit he told there's a fault in motherboard and it's unavailable so I have to wait for 2-3 more days.

    I called this local agent Rupesh to complaint about the SLA then he started misbehaving and was trying to teach me how to talk. He started blaming me for words which I never used during my previous or current conversation with him.
    I HAVE ALL CALL RECORDINGS WITH ME.(if you need as a proof).

    I want to know the SLA of my complaint and most importantly i want to know what action will be taken against this guy Rupesh.

      when we tried to contact your Area sales manager (Dhanbad, Jharkhand) he also did not response.
      kindly update me what to do, how could we will servive with thsi type of bad servise.

          My Microtek Inverter is not working and contacted Customer care. Technition visited the home and want to replace the board to fix the issue. Part cost is 1300 Rs and we are ready to pay. But they told company will provide old serviced board only. Why do we purchace old board without any guarantee?

          As per service manager company will not replace new part and they used to provide only old parts.

          Thats quite unusual and they have not mentioned it anywhere while selling the products. Thats not genuine way of servicing with a payment.

            I bought an inverter from Microtek dealer from Chennai in July 2022. I noticed that when power goes off my LED TV starting. I raised complaint in Microtek customer care. The service man came and tested with a board he brought. Not solved the issue. Next another complaint registered. This time they took the inverter to their Chennai service center. After a fs they brought back and installed then tested. Not solved the problem. Like this 5 times the different different service men came. No use. The broke my mains 4 pole isolator switches. Not yet fixed it.
            Please refund my money and take your inverter.

            Still the problems not solved. The stupid people broke my mains 4 pole isolator. For an emergency we can not shut down the power. No response on this?

              Dear sir I buyed microtek inverter on[protected] from ganpati batteries it's Sn no is -21KODSCBF481705 and its work for 4 day good but after that it cause problem. in registered complaint about inverter and one of company engineer come to my address after 4-5 day of complaint and he just change the mother board of new inverter with old used mother board and problem does not resolve yet when I asked to him to place the original mother board which come with inverter back he said which part I replaced it can't be re attached but i said the problem is not resolve so why you changing the part he said the seal is broken which motherboard placed in your inverter so I can't re attach your original mother board which come with the inverter so next day I camplaint again for issue resolve and replacement of inverter cause it's causing same problem the the engineer said I can't replace I said I just buyed that inverter just 11 day before and its preventing problem to me so replace this. so I want to replace ment of my product as soon as possible or refund of my payment or complete resolution for my product

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that, i purchased Microtek UPS E2 (square) 1225 on 27/10/2022.(PFA bill and warrants card)

                  We have noticed that Fans and tubelights make a lot of sounds while running on UPS. Seems the quality of electricity produced by this UPS is not good. The very purpose o[censored]PS is not being used because of much noise.

                  Earlier we were using Luminous inverter which was running smoothly without making any noise. Because of good reviews about Microtek, I have purchased it. But whenever there is no power we are turning off this UPS because of sound which are irritating and frustrating.

                  I raised complaint for the same bearing complaint number MJCTL[protected] . When technician visited our home he says it is common to produce a sound in Fans and lights. The sound is unbearable, hence I request the authority to replace this faulty device or refund my money back.

                    I recently purchased home inverter from the retailer. After fixing it, we used to have a kind of humming noise at home. It is unbearable. I filed the complaint with microtek. Technician reached and said me that microtek inverter will have this kind of noise. Iam really frustrated on hearing this. I used microtek inverter before it works fine but the new one has this issue. I am helpless now. Please help

                      I purchased a ups( microtek legend 650) fro microtek. After 2 months it is not charging properly. So I called them and complain them about this. They said it would be repair within 7 days. It's after 20 days they didn't respond. I called them again and again. They didn't respond..

                        My newly bought inverter is not even giving backup for 15 mins. We called the engineer 3-4 times but no use. Still the same problem as If they are just making us fool. Worst product, worst service and moreover very rude people working there.

                                I paid for AMC (Received receipt Rs. 799 - Receipt no 467214) on 21st December 2021 to take care of my Microteck inverters (SEBZ 900). When am trying to register a compliant about the fault, i understood from the service desk team that my AMC is not reflecting in the system. They have provided me another number ([protected]) to raise another complaint. I tried this number many time but no response and even if it connects they disconnect in between. This is really frustrating. Looks like the service is very bad.

                                  This is pertaining to my request dated 7th feb regarding the ups issue.

                                  On 9th Feb, engineer replaced the faulty batteries o[censored]PS but sent me the bill of my name and address, however, this is my office system now and I had informed to the customer care team at the time of locking the complaint.
                                  Now my company rejected the claim for reimbursement as they are asking to me update the billing details for which I contacted service center incharge named Himalaya which is located at sohna haryana. For which I requested him to update the name and address of this repairing bill because the original bill is also with the company's name. But he denied stating address can't be changed after complaint closed and now not picking up the calls. Take action on it urgently

                                  Usually system is designed is such a way that closed ticket can be reopened within 24-48 hrs. This is not right. This is a loophole of your system which should be rectified.

                                  I have paid 1850 rs from my pocket and want this name and address to be changed as per below on urgent basis so I can claim this bill and get the amount in my account from company.

                                    Hello,

                                    I had to upgrade my inverter one year back and after proper research and going through reviews and feedback I decided to go with Microtek over other brands such as Luminous. As soon as I bought from the second month of the purchase I have been facing issues with it. The most important part (motherboard with the transformer) has been changed in after a month purchase. Now, recently it stopped giving output and my family was in dark while I was travelling out. The technician came and solved issue and one more issues (voltage fluctuation) was created after he left. This is the same issue I had previously when they got the motherboard changed. I would like to request Microtek to replace this faulty inverter of mine and provide me complete new one.

                                      visited our place but unfortunately he was not able to give any solution.
                                      He further consulted with
                                      Microtek service center exe. Mr. Gaurav,

                                      He further told that this ups xp 1400 can not be used for fans and fan can not work with this invertor.

                                      When I visited your agency where I purchased the UPS and there the completely refuse to hear anything from us.

                                      The overall service provided by Microteck was really pathetic and poor and sadly to say behavior or your representative is totally against the customer satisfaction.

                                      repeated request and escalation proved to be futile ans total waste of time and.

                                      It's been proved that purchasing a microtek product is amount to loss of hard earned money and mental harassment.

                                      Could you please take a quick deceisive action to resolve this issue failing from which by your side will be an
                                      indication for me to take a legal action against in consumer forum against your organization.
