Sir,
My name is Pranab Bhattacharyya and my consumer No. is Cd 12722. I have booked my gas on 28.1.11 but though others in my residential complex (Residential Complex of Airports Authority of India, ) is getting gas within 3 days after booking I am not getting. When contacted telephonically with the dealer as mentioned above I got reply that gas will be deliver after 10 days as per rule. though 10 days after booking is over till date I have not delivered with a cylinder . Request your intervention and solve the problem please.
