maa tujhe salaam — excess deduction of ticket charges

Dear sir,

I booked a ticket from nanded to hyderabad(train no.564) booking date 22 july 2010.The travelling date was 23rd july 2010.The transaction number is [protected].I bought one ticket but the money deduced was 3 or 4 times.The ticket was of 94 rs and 10 rupees service charge but I was charged 114 rs.But the money was deduced for 4 tickets despite me buying only one ticket.Also I would like to know why was I charged 114 rs instead of 104 rs.My knowledge was 104 rs for nanded-hyderabad but whenn I checked my account I was always charged 114.Please explain me this.

Please reply me soon along with the extra money charged on each ticket.I wonder how long is this mishandling going and also please return the excess dedeuced charge as soon as possible.My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in
