Dear sir,
I booked a ticket from nanded to hyderabad(train no.564) booking date 22 july 2010.The travelling date was 23rd july 2010.The transaction number is [protected].I bought one ticket but the money deduced was 3 or 4 times.The ticket was of 94 rs and 10 rupees service charge but I was charged 114 rs.But the money was deduced for 4 tickets despite me buying only one ticket.Also I would like to know why was I charged 114...

respected sir,
we have booked a ticket from ned to hyd for one person but instead of cancelling one ticket rate they have cancelled it 3 times and even while booking ticket due to some error on our computer we didn't receive the confirmation information but the price for it was cancelled .
we request you to take our complaint seriously,,,,,,,,,please refund us our money.i[censored] reply us we can br...
