I booked my cylinder online on 19th Oct, 2013 and waited for the SMS from them after the invoice is generated. But I did not get any SMS, so visited the agency in person on 9th Nov, 2013. It was so rush there and people are fighting for their turn in the queues. The systems are very slow and taking 15 minutes per person. I observed that lot of people have booked even 2 months back and they did not get the cylinder. When checked the status, the agency people told to many people that their cylinders have already been delivered long back. The delivery boys are also very rude and owner is also not a responsible person.
I have given my aadhaar 3 months back and checked at their systems. But they did not link it up and saying to produce another copy again.
Dear officials why do not you visit the Madhavi gas Agency once and check their service?
Media also did not bother about these issues.

I have given the adhaar no. and bank details to the agency its been 2 months i still did not receive the subsidy amount in my bank.they charge us 1023 rupees and tht extra amont we are paying is still not come in my account what can be done.Please any body let me know.thanks

I too Facing the same issue with Madhavi Gas Agencies, Shaikepet, thought of going to consumer forum.. Let me know if you need any support. Two times I got booking cancelled messages. Got irritated with Management. Loosing customer satisfaction on Indane gas.
The worst service ever we have seen in our life no response, all the consumers should write a joint application letter to indane gas company to close his account and assign to new supplier and send emails to the following address: madhavi.[protected]@gmail.com - [protected]@indianoil.co.in at the same time logon to www.indianoil.co.in and register complaints.
Recently i have shifted from Madhapur to Gachibowli and and my previous distributor has done the transfer formality and asked me to go to my new distributor "Madhavi Gas Agency, Shaikpet" i went there to complete the transfer formality and first experience was shocking. N one was there to help you, they have asked 3 documents in 3 time. KYC form which was supposed to b free, but had to purchase it from outside. After all these a lady called Geetha took my application and said come after 3 days to collect the papar. I went after 4 days, fortunately found the same lady and asked for my paper, she kept me waiting for 40 min and said its not done, come tomorrow, I wanted that paper that day only, so she referred me to another lady. 2nd lady was soooo rude that she was not ready to listen also, said kaal aao. I wanted to meet with the manager but she said Sir will come by evening. next day again i went but same thing, sir didnt come so its not done. I dont know why all AAM AADMI needs to face these issue in daily life? What authority is doing? So many people has wrote about them but waht action has been taken till now? I think we all AAM AADMI need to do something now against them. I need all suffered people to join me and we will file RTI against Madhavi Gas agency. Please reply if you want to join me.
hello this is hashmi syed abdul majeed s/o syed abdul rauf from tolichowki ...i m having a complaint towards your agency that we are not receving a gas refill even after booking a gas refill ...we have booked the gas refill on 25th december 2013and today it is 12th janury but still no gas delivery yet ...it is getting up to 15 days but no gas delievery yet ...why is it so ?...our consumer number is 111588. Please solve our problem ...

madhavi gas agency is a cheating agency...The staff is inexperienced and they dont repsond to phones...unable to get ADhaar registered in their records...I have given all the documents 6 months back...Again they want my documents...They are using abusive languages ...Kindly cancel their licence ..

Looks like Madhavi gas agency wants to just take on me!!!
The request was just change the distributor and there is no change in the consumer, address, contact details...etc. But they want all the papers to just change the distributor! God only knows why?
When questioned, they doesn't even bother to answer and just say 'we need' and just disconnect the call!!!
This shows how they operate and respond to customers.
COULD YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY I SHOULD NOT INITIATE A CONSUMER FORUM CASE AGAINST IOCL AND MADHAVI GAS AGENCY FOR DENYING SERVICE FOR THE LAST 8 MONTHS?
Please let me know how to go ahead? Thank you.

These people are so rude ...There is no process or system at all
Somehow i am able bring the cylinder by visting them and waiting for the truck load to come after 2-3 hours of waiting . No body knows when will the Truck arrive, what is the status etc .
They are highly irresponsible . They have some good staff but then, nothing is in their hands .
My address is still not changed : Please look in to this matter urgentl y . If this website is real .

Please change this staff / franchise or place .
