The worst service ever we have seen in our life no response, all the consumers should write a joint application letter to indane gas company to close his account and assign to new supplier and send emails to the following address: madhavi.[protected]@gmail.com - [protected]@indianoil.co.in at the same time logon to www.indianoil.co.in and register complaints.

gas cylinder — Mis behave n arguments with custmer.

We have booked gas cylender 4m SHALINI GAS noorwala Panipat. They booked cylender on 10th june and didnt delivered that to us and again we have booked one more cylender on 2nd july and we also didnt get the deliverry of this. they didnt provide us the booking number and if we demand that they argueed with us and they said that we have not the booking number and misbehave by using absuive language. please take a leegal action against them. I shall be thankful to you.

Indian Gas, Shaikhpet, Hyderabad — Not responding on phone

Sir/Madam,

i am a central govt employee. Past two days i have rang the phone with phone no.[protected], 23562956 and it shows every day busy even after office hours. The gas agency persons are simply palce the handset a side and shown every time busy. When we will visit to the agency they are given rash answer and told that if phones are not working you just come and book your gas standing in que. As a govt employee leave the office work and come to office for booking the gas. Then why they are given the phone numbers to book the gas over phone. my consumer number is 13553.

nobody is lifring the phone [protected]. I booked 15 days back, visited twice, , still did not get the cylinder... the agency should be canceled... this is the only way

Yes I agree with Mr Khan. I dont know who gave license to these stupid guys .No one ready to serve even gas cylinder will not delivery with in 15 days. Even u have to come regularly to follow up.I[censored] want to book by phone i can challange u will not book try in entire life. I have fed up by ring to them. They are unfit to run the agency. Even they dont know how to treat customers. Please cancel the licence to this lazy fellows and hand over to some one to serve

Exactly...this is the problem we're facing. I've to various part of India and I've never seen such an inefficient and scrupulous gas agency ever in my life. God knows how they have been issues a license.

i am suggesting a simple way to book your Gas.

Please folow the below steps:
1. Please call to Indane cooking GAS customer care number: [protected]
2. provide your madhavi gas phone nuber including city code:[protected] or 23560040
3. Confirm your agency
4. Provide your customer ID: 5 digit number
5.Finaly they will provide a bokking reference number.

I agree with the above said complaint and i personally visited the Madhavi Gas Agency the Telephone Operator kept the phone handset aside so that the call will not come when asked he said that it is none of your business i visited there in order to book the refill of the gas and he used the abusive language also said that to book the refill of the cylinder we have to make a call only .

I am trying to contact Madhavi Gas Agency lot of times for DBC, on every time visit those people will not properly respond and misguide the customers. i donno what the hell with this agency for not providing DBC and everytime I made visit they say it takes 2 more months for DBC. And even they don't ever give any kind of information reg- applying of DBC. either Indane or this gas agency is bluffing ppl god alone knows it. But consumers are suffering a lot with their reckless behavior

Very Poor Service Gas Agency is Madhavi Gas which is at Shaikpet.. Why higher officials are not taking any action on this agency... It should be Closed or need to improve the process...

No proper staff is at the agency... Only one employee is working at the agency with one system and one prints with many complaints...

For God Sack Higher officials please take an action...

I accept with all the above comments, and it is a big service they provide.. but the best way is just avoid them on calls. i tried calling them 100's of times but they are big . no one responded the calls. the best way to book a gas is ...

i too support all the above comments...i have applied for transfer from out of state to hyd since last 20 daz...but those stupid fellows are not at all responding to me ...they gave me a tym of 2 daz...but its already close to 1 month... so jst thnk wht ll be the impression of outsiders abt the state... thy r continously giving only 1 excuse tht server is down, , , , so wht the hell the system is doing to recover frm the problm !!! its just a vain to depend on that agency ppls..they r good for nothing...neither thy know how to manage the agency nor how to deal with the customers...just useless peoples all of them...

Madhavi GAS Agency is the worst Agency in Hyderabad. For any inquiry or problem we have to visit the agency at least 10 to 15 times. This agency people will not respond properly. Please cancel their licence as soon as possible.
