[Resolved]  Maggi - Noodles — expiry food item sale in our local market in purnea district by M/S subhash and company purnea bhatta bazar

Yesterday, WED04th 2011, I go to Food shop, m/s subhash & company, bhatta bazar, oposite sabji hatia market purnea to purchase food item. I picked several stuff from there, among the products I bought Lays Stax from there as well. After billing when I checked for the expiry date, it was allredy expiry item.
shop owner say to me ( tum mera kya kar loge, yaha main sabko yahi deta hu,)
I want to report this and request some strict action to be taken against the store so that they dont repeat.
