[Resolved]  Magic Auto Mayapuri — engine is not working properly

hi, my name is hemant yadav my car no is DL9CK 4616 i gave my car for service on 1st of feb initally there was a person Mr V K Tiwari who made my job card. He told me that i ll deliver your car by 2.00pm but i was waiting there till 6.00 pm when i asked on of the team member where is mr tiwari he replied me that he left for the day. No one attend me after that then i got a cal at 5.45pm that your car is ready and please pay the bill. Mr gaurav gave me the comment card he told me that please sign it he took my signaature on that empty comment card. Now the problem which i am facing that my car is not running properly, engine automatically stops working again and again i have start it. I dont know what they have done with it though it was running far better before the servicing. its my request please take some serious action on it otherwise u ll lose your coustomer like this. I am definatily not come next time if there is no action to be taken on it and i will surly to all my friends that not to go magic auto mayapuri...

magic auto mayapuri — delay in delivery

dear sir,
i have given my car no-HR 26 BD 5300 in magic auto sevice station(work shop) on wednesday,for replacement of bonut which was damaged in an accident .They told me that my car will be delivered by friday,but when i called them on saturday they did not pickup the number which is displayed on thier sticker for body and paint section.Then i called up the reception and they transfered my call to Mr Pradeep ,who told me that due to some problem with the insurence guys now they need my orignal papers again.
And now its 5 days and they are not delivering my car to me,as they say that they have not recieved clearence from insurence(HDFC) company
Sir please help me in understanding that how much time they need two replace a simple bonut.

magic auto mayapuri — Unsatisfactory repair work

We recently got our right side doors replaced by magic auto. It has just been over two weeks and the power windows of the doors have started malfunctioning.The company has the responsibility of providing its customer with a good service when they are charging for the services.
This has not been a one of affair, we have previously also faced many problems at the same service station while getting our car serviced like delay in delivery, bad quality of service.
I would request magic auto guys to look into their quality of service seriously because this way they are on road to ruining the relationship that maruti has built up with its customers.
