[Resolved]  MAGIC POT AND TELL ME WHY CHILDREN MAGAZINES — not received the issues for the last 3 months

Dear sir,


I wanted to work with tell me why and Magic pot .- for the cerculation in differnet schools in north India.

I subscribed to magic pot over the net subscription no MMP[protected].over three months back but have failed to hear from them, or see even the shadow of the subscription.

My kid was so much interested in this book and looking at his curiosity i subscribed to the yearly edition of magic pot. Worst nightmare- i have received only 1 magzine so far and that too after hell lot of complaints. my subscription id is :1258350. Parents, i[censored] r thinking to get a subscription for your child..please forget this magzine. It is a crap and these people are mastered in fooling.

I thought of subscribe the magazine for my kid, but after checking this i dont ho go have confident to go for the same, non of the customer updated here about any response from Publisher

I too was looking forward to subscribing this magazine but the list of complaints growing here by the day has really scared me. This is how a good magazine eventually dies, by the callous attitude of the publisher. Very very sad, here are parents ready to subscribe and a publisher who just doesn't care! In these tough times of business this is their attitude imagine what will happen later! Thanks for posting complaints and forwarning future subscribers of the nightmare awaiting.

I have subscribed for the magic pot magazine under subscription number MP2007/984756 but i I feel very sorry for the same as I don't receive any free gift items alongwith the issues. I have received so mnay issues but however I have not received anything except stickers and number chart. If this is the case with subscribed issues than there is no point in subscription. When my mother had telephonically contacted the subscription dept they had agreed to send me the same but there is no sign of it till today even after 15 days.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest and let me know by return email.

I am sorry i wrote the above post out of frustration only.I had subscribed sometime last month and i expected a copy from the starting of this month itself.And today its already 12th and i thought i am not getting my copies and there might be some problem.But when i called the publication by phone they informed me that my copy will be coming from the mid(16th of this month) only.They gave a quick and prompt reply on phone and they have all the records as by giving them my subscription no(online no), they immediately got my details from their data.So i am happy after talking to them and expect that i will get my copy soon:)

Through this email i m again requesting Manorama Executive to please send the said mazine at the earliest my Kid is still eagerly waiting for the said mazine .

i guess the problem is on the way.
i have heard that lot of book/priodicals are
lost/kept aside in postal sections
- sorry to say this but i dodnot kow the truth, somebody will have to find out whether this is happening.
i am mailing this now from Kuwait. Here NONE of the boks reach in time. because of the worst condition of postal department.

Another Issue is that when We received Magic Pot at that time we had not getting the free gift Items written on the magic pot. Like on this November Issue of Magic Pot U written Free crayons but we had npt received the same.
So please make arrangement for getting the free gift Item regularly which mention on the Magic Pot.

There's one error in the latest issue of TELL ME WHY-SPORTS, 39 .Regarding the national sport of CANADA, in the book it's ICE HOCKEY(Pg.17), but their national sport is LACROSSE. PLEASE correct this error.
