[Resolved]  MAGIC POT AND TELL ME WHY CHILDREN MAGAZINES — not received the issues for the last 3 months

I wanted to buy the old issues of Tell Me Why but have seen on site that there are many unsolved queries of non-receipt of issued, etc. Why aren't you satisfy such readers' by solving their complaints?

I had paid Rs. 540% for two subscription for my girl nadia .and one for my cosine
sophia in tamilnadu.I paid it for friday 26.02.2010. u r excutive named Mr. Jain but i am not receieved any bill, or any recipt . he said me we sent by courier, till the date (2.3.2010) i am not got any receipt please send my book or give me the report what happened.it is the thane branch i call it and they sent the excutive. please give the report.

i send draft 1& 1/2 months before.& u already received my draft on 9.2.10.but we dont received any magazine.yet.i want know the reason why this is happening to us??

But I haven't receive any book.My child's name is S.Dharshini sri .I am in rural area.so, I can't receive THE MAGIC POT in book stall.I request you to look into the subscription division and send my book for my child.Please deliver the books for Rs .290.

I have sent them a cheque of amount Rs. 185 towards 6 months subscription of Magic Pot. The amount has also been deducted from my account, but no issue of the magazine has reached my home yet. I have contacted with the personnel in their Kolkata Office and they assured me to look into the matter. But unfortunately, in spite of contacting with them twice, the magazine has not reached me yet.

I am requesting all of you to not send any cheque in future for subscription of any magazine of MM Publication as they now simply taking the money and doing nothing.

i'm facing same kind of problem with magic pot magazine. I subscried for 1yr.
I'm getting issues regularly but inside free gift is alwasy missing as well i didn't get my free CD-ROM gift which is for 1yrs subscription.

Even they didn't reply me.

After seeing all this complains I am also thinking not to waste my hard earned mony.

It will be better to collect the monthly magazine from the retail book store.
Some headache have to take to save the money.

I have subscribed MM tell me why with special offer (student encyclopeadia britannica CD ROM) with dd of Rs.240 on 08/03/2010.I have neither received my gift nor my monthly copy.I have contacted several times to MM office, but no results.

for the past 5 years i subscribe to magic pot. I got the magazine by post without delay when i was in oddanchatram, dindigul district tamil nadu. when i moved to madurai town i used to get the magazine through private courier. the same courier service is delivering the magazine THE WEEK. but for the past 2 months i didnot get magic pot magazine. When i received the magazine through postal there is a code number for communication. now i didnot have any communication number or anything. i will type my address. you go through it and do the needful.

2 days before i mailed to you of non-delivery of MAGIC POT. so far i didnot receive any kind of response from your office.. really it was amazing that such like reputed institutions are getting jammed. when i was in oddanchatram, dindigul i received your magazine thr, postal dept. after sifting our house to madurai we used to get thr, private courier. we receive THE WEEK magazine regularly and TELL ME WHY regularly but MAGIC POT IS MISSING. I actually wanted to subscibe for magic pot and i was looking for the contact details when i came through ur comments of not receiving the magazines promptly. Seeing that i quit my idea of subscribing one. Thank u all for posting your comments. It helped me to take a right decision to quit the idea of subscribing for it. Thank u all once again.
