[Resolved] Maharaja white line — Not delivered the product | |
I booked Maharaja white line mixer from the trade fare install in pragati maidan on 19Nov 2011 It was assured that product will be delivered in the next two days i.e till 22nd november 2011 . for the booking Rs 500/- taken as deposit and receipt issued 2056/19.11.2011. till today 15 days have already passed but the product has not been delivered , now when we call the sales executive Jaspreet ( mobile no [protected]) who booked the product denied his responsibility for delivery of the product and now not taking calls. we contact their office in 1/7 west patel nagar to Mr. Ajay (mobile no[protected] )always assured i will see but never responded whether product willl be deliver or not . Person responsible for delivery Abhishek (mobile no[protected]) .Always keep switch off during day Since no one is responding properly, keep their moblie off , it is very surprising how will they provide services ?. now we are in jeopardy is the booking fake ? or the company will deliver the product or not ? Maharaja Whiteline Mixer — Poor service
Dont ever buy Mharaja Whitline appliances because they dont provide door to door service. I have a mixi which we need to take to the service centre. they dont even have customer care . I called to the no[protected] more then 10 times they always say after 15 mkin after 20 min.
