Maharaja Whiteline — ill treatment & cheating

Dear Sirs,
My name is S V Rama Rao. When I was visited recent IITF in Pragati Maidan inn New Delhi, I was inspired by Maharaja Whiteline products which are displaying at their hall and got feed back from fellow visitors about their products. I booked one food processor immediately by paying 500/- instantaneously. The supervisor at the display counter, Mr. Lucky singh was promised that the piece will be delivered at the place where we will inform. As we are outside residents of NEW DELHI, he promised to deliver where we will asked to deliver within NCR city limits. He committed in due consultation with his supervisor.

As discussed at the time of booking, I called Mr. Lucky Singh on 29th Nov., We told him to deliver the said piece at Andhra Bhavan near India gate on 30th Nov AN by 14-00hrs and we are ready at Andhra Bhavan by 01-30 pm. Since morning 09-00hrs of 30th Nov onwards we are chasing about the product delivery with Mr. Prince whom Mr. Lucky Singh attached to contact and Lucky singh also. But to our surprise delivery piece was not delivered by 04-00 PM on 30th Nov. None of the persons were lifted our phone calls and upon repeated calls, Mr. prince attached us to a delivery person called Sehgal. Upon contacting the delivery person, come to know that the delivery message was given by 05-00 PM on 30th Nov. For this particular job, we need to stay on that night at New Delhi to collect the piece. But to our surprise, delivery person could not able to deliver to us.

On next day, i.e. on 1st Dec., We gone to the billing location i.e. near P. No. 204, West Patel Nagar Office to collect the piece personally as indicated by selling boy at praghati maidan during booking time. But to our surprise, at that office concerned employees were not even taken care about us and made us sat near by their security gate like watch dogs. They don’t have any concern/courtesy to call us inside and enquire about our problem. They made myself and mywife waited at gate by near about 2.5 hours. They not even concerned about us. The senior staff were not having any courtesy towards the customers and behaved without any indulgently towards us. They made us waited morethan 2 hours and harassed us about 2 days without lifting any phone calls and created panic among us without knowing that what is happening.

First of all they made us panic without lifting a phone call also (they attended my phone calls approx. 4 out of 41 Nos. calls and Mr. Lucky since not at all lifted phone about 13 calls except one call). Secondly they wasted our valuable time of 1 full day in New Delhi. Thirdly, ill treated us at their office security gate like treating some beggers. Senior staff is behaving in such irresponsible behavior, then how we can expect courtesy from Junior level employees. Entire team of Marketing, such as Mr. Solanki, Mr. Prince, Mr. Lucky and Mr. Vipin were showed a very high level of irresponsibility towards the customers in addition to that ill treated the customers. This only will happens when their head of department is sleeping in the office, then only such things will happen. I never expected such ill trated behavior from a private concern.

Finally we left the sight with a sorrowful situation without getting the piece. Our deposit amount also lies with them.
I don’t know who will take action against such irresponsible employees and do justice to us.
