From the date of purchase we are facing problem with cooler and with in one month I have complete Shop person 10 times and he has sent his technical person and he has visited 6 times then also issue is not solved heanc I request you to please look into the matter and replace this cooler and refund our money. Problem with cooler is from all 4 sides water is falling on fan motor. May be the shop person has given deficited product that is the reason problem started from day one with in 10-20 minutes of delivery.

I raised many complaints but they are cancelling.
I have purchased maharaja whiteline hybridcool 65 remote cooler on 21st april from filpkart.
after 10 days, its PCB got damaged. I have raised complain. one technician came and he did auto configured my cooler and told me that when new PCB came. I will change PCB.
After that I have raised so many complaints but technicians are cancelling again again.
i dont know what to do very bad experience I am facing.
Please help.

Brand new Food Processor not working
Yesterday, I have opened my Gifted brand new Food Processor ( Smart Chef) but It is not working. Its manufacturing is June-18 and Serial No is MMWFP[protected].
I tried to call on the customer care no and waiting for half an hr but It was not attended.

invalid phone numbers
The company has registered the complaint and i'm given 2 invalid phone numbers also for further enquiry. I have been facing this problem since last two years. Service centre people are not capable enough to make it working. Company phone numbers are not correct. The customer care is being requested to look into the matter. I would like to know the status of my complaint at the earliest

I bought clemio 15 ltrs water storage geyser on 26 th june 2017.since the day it is installed, it has been giving problems. I have been complaining, but the issue has not been resolved yet. The service centre noida and the area manager Mr Sunil could not get it repaired. Rather they kept wasting our time. Many a times our registered complaints were cancelled by the service centre very smartly. The noida service centre in charge Mr sudhir is not interested in correcting the gadgets in the warranty time. He kills the time. He wasted my 2 years now still the geyser is not working.
Moreover I got a call from the maharaja company that the geyser would be replaced in a day or two, but Mr sudhir didn't replace rather he sent the inefficient worker to repair it and the gadget worked for a day only. I'm sure that Mr sudhir has claimed the geyser from the company and pocketed it. Mr Amit, the technician told me that the geyser can't be repaired and he would get it replaced within 3 days and after a week, he is asking me to complain anywhere wherever I can because the company is not ready to replace it.
I'm not supposed to use abusive language but the company's executive Mr Sunil and the service centre in charge and the company itself deserve that only. Abiut 6000, hardearned money has gone down the drain. Plz do the needful done and don't harass me further

Maharaja Whiteline products would be the last product on the earth I'd ever buy.
Worst Product: Bought a cooler last year which I didn't use. This year got broken in a week. I complained numerous time and these people don't bother to listen.
Worst customer care: They are some Pappu type people who can't help with the complaint resolution.
Worst distributors and Area sales manager: These guys have no knowledge what's happening with complaint resolution.
I called on Sanjay Singh ([protected]), and local distributor ([protected]) but didn't work. The local distributor ([protected]) has now stopped taking the call.

defective product received : customer care not responding

I purchased a maharaja whiteline joy turbo 750-watt mixer grinder with 3 jars (Black/silver) from amazon on 19 march. On its first use, we found that the lids of all of the three jars are so loose that whatever we try to grind comes out no matter you are keeping your hand or not over the lid. Their grip is loose too much. And further the jar got jammed on the machine and it does not come out. We reported this to maharaja customer care on 10th march and registered a complaint with id :hyd[protected] and it was promised to us that an engineer will visit us within 48 hours to check the issues. The complaint was closed on 11th without any action and no one came to check out issue. On 16th when we called to get the status, the customer care disconnected the call twice in a row without responding. Third time they informed that previous complaint was close and they are registering a new one with id :hyd19460003. And even after 2 days, there is not update on it again. I am sick of maharaja whiteline and i really think i made a mistake by buying their products.

We have purchased 16 nos. Of maharaja white line geyser model no. Wh-146, 15 litrs from metro cash and carry india pvt. Ltd, yashwantpur, bangalore on 24.10.2017. Now all the geysers are in leaking condition and we have lodged a complaint. A technician from your company had visited our academy and intimated that, it is manufacturing defect and it should be replaced since it is under warranty. The technician's grn pre approval no. Is 1442 dated 4th dec. 2018. But till date no action has been taken by the metro inspite of several mails and contacts. Please attend the same on top priority basis and see that all the geysers are replaced since it is under warranty.

I purchased your maharaja whiteline clemio 25-litres water heater that caused a big blast in my house and because of that fumes, dense smoke started coming out of the
Geyser, due to such a bad failure of your product, my whole bathroom was burnt into ashes, doors burnt, windows burnt and room attached to the bathroom also suffered some serius damage.
This incident leaded to the loss of property and we were very lucky enough to escape from the throat choking dense black smoke and heat coming out of the fire.
Since maharaja whiteline clemio 25-litres water heater is the best product that you have in current market. Promise was that it never catches fire, electric shock, etc. All fake
We need whole compensation and a settlement amount.

Dont purchase maharaja whiteline geyser.. They are the worst one.. Theur tank got leaked within one year.. And element got fused within 6 months..
And customer service is the worst..

Motor kholkar technician le gaya par lagane nahi aaya 1 maah ho chuka, mp service head [protected] par kai baar call kiya par jhoothi wada kar dete hain. 10 din pehle india ke service head se [protected] par bhi baat ki unhone 4-5 din ke liye kaha par wo bhi bhool gaye. Cooler mene 19.4.18 ko kahareede tha. Bahut bekar service hai.

Been calling and trying to get service for heater under warranty. The person came once and made it worse, the whole electricity is tripping now. I have been trying to get this fixed since january. Your company is extremely unprofessional. Mr. Pandian in chennai keeps saying he will fix it, but he never does. I will wait this week for it to be fixed, after that i will write a negative review on snapdeal and ask for refund. If that doesn't happen, i have no problem taking legal action. I have purchased maharaja whiteline nano mixer grinder mx123 on 24/08/2016, from the date of purchase i have complained approx 4 times in a year, for the same problem (Jar problem). All the time technician came and make a temporary solution,
All the time i requested to change the jar. But they were not listening to me. And now i m facing same problem and also one problem added that my mixer grinder motor become very noisy and vibrating more. It looks very risky to operate, when i was purchased mixer grinder the dealer (Gupta radios - railway bazaar haldwani distt - nainital) gave me 2 year warranty. But today when i am complaining costumer care employees they teaching me that you have 2 year motor warranty and 1 year other parts warranty. When i talk to maharaja whiteline technician he said to me, if any part needs to change then they will charge me. Now my question is this, that at the warranty period they never change the part. But now they make us fool. Now i am very tired to complaint again and again.
Sir i requested to you to help me. And i requested to maharaja whiteline to change my product.

The same has been serviced for almost 5 times, every time the mechanic comes and do, and go back without rectifying the problem, he found that storage is leaking and made request for change the same, but until now this has not been done, i ma keep on calling and making complaint every time.
No response from the service agent appointed eruopa, from kolkata.
I would like to replace my entire system,
Now that winter is started. Feeling very bad.

I want to share my experience worst one . i had given mixture grinder of above company to its service center brother electronics Amritsar hall bazaar last year but till now i have not received my product excepts excuses made by them and they are, failing to managing a customer service operation and company standard
The customer care and the technician are giving me a run around they don't want yo help out. All they do is say they are coming and it will cost 300 minimum but don't show up. They have wasted 2 days of mine asking me to wait for them. This is horrible customer service.

I purchased maharaja 15 ltr classic geyser from snapdeal on 30.10.1015 and it had an warranty period of 2years. Under warranty period it was serviced three times for various reasons. Complaint numbers were jha[protected], jha[protected] and jha[protected]. I asked for replacement of product but they did not take any action. Now again the geyser is out of order and warranty period is just over. Very very disappointing service quality from brand maharaja whiteline.

I have bought maharaja atlanto cooler previous year 2016 in september and have more than 20 complaint in one year... Its is worst experience with maharaj and i suggest never buy maharaja (Cooler) product is dam worst cooler, worst than local cooler. Plastic fan is broken automatically and they charged rs 600 for changing the fan although it is in warranty period. Leg broken in one month. Worst plastic body. Capacitor melt, flip flap always burnt.. Pathetic experience.

Dear sir,
I have purchased maharaja whiteline dry iron from amazon in the month of january 2017 from amazon for my super senior parents. Because of your company’s reputation, i was sure that it will work perfectly without giving any trouble. But since its purchase, it is not working properly. My old age parents are very annoyed from the product as well as from me because i recommended maharaja over other brands. They are so depressed that they kept aside the product without use for many months. Last month, i registered complaint and one person came and made it corrected. It worked for 2 days and on 3rd day it again started giving trouble.
My humble request to you is to please refund the money back as i am unable to show my face to my old age parents who are ill and are undergoing medical treatments from various hospitals in delhi.

Because of your company’s reputation, i was sure that it will work perfectly without giving any trouble. But since its purchase, it is not working properly. My old age parents are very annoyed from the product as well as from me because i recommended maharaja over other brands. They are so depressed that they kept aside the product without use for many months. Last month, i registered complaint and one person came and made it corrected. It worked for 2 days and on 3rd day it again started giving trouble.
My humble request to you is to please refund the money back as i am unable to show my face to my old age parents who are ill and are undergoing medical treatments from various hospitals in delhi.
