My Maharaja Whiteline Food Processor is well inside warrenty period and i am having all the original documents for it like invoice etc.
But the Pune service centre is not repairing it. everytime i call their staff provides me contact details of their line managers and ask me to directly call them.
I am following up with some Mr Piyush Shrivastava who claims to be highest designation manager at Pune centre but he is not providing any resolution to my issue. He is asking us to pay him mony to get our food processor repaired even it is in its warrenty period.
Please help!
Is there any autority in Maharaha Whiteline company to which we can escalate this reluctant/ fraudulent behaviour of Mr Shrivastava? Was this information helpful? |
