I AM BRIJMOHAN (AGE-76 YEARS) RESIDING AT-E/13-204, AMI PARK, NALASOPARA(WEST), DIST –THANE, PIN-401 203, SIR I AM RESIDING AT THE ABOVE SAID ADDRESS SINCE 1987 AND THE DETAILS OF MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MAHARASHTRA STATE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY BOARD IS AS FOLLOWS ; MY CONSUMER NO[protected]OLD-R/619) NAME – B.R.SHAH PC/CYCLE-1/02/2005/0510 BILLING UNIT- 4375/NALASOPARA SIR I HAD RECEIVED MY LAST MONTH RESIDENTAL ELECTRIC BILL JUST TRIPLE OF MY ACTUAL CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY EVERY MONTH THE CHART OF MY REGULAR ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION AS FOLLOWS FOR YOUR KIND REFERENCE. CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY JULY-08 - 303 UNITS AUG-08 - 314 UNITS SEPT-08 - 295 UNITS OCT.-08 - 325 UNITS NOV-08 - 368 UNITS DEC-08 - 311 UNITS JAN-09 - 273 UNITS FEB-09 - 235 UNITS MAR-09 - 252 UNITS APR -09 - 294 UNITS MAY-09 - 763 UNITS SIR, ALL MY HOME EQUIPMENTS ARE SAME AT MY RESIDENT SO I CONTACT THE CONCERN PERSON MR. SANKHE LAST MONTH AND TELL HIM THE FACTS ABOUT HIGH ELECTRIC BILL HE DIRECTLY TOLD ME THAT HE CAN NOT REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AND TOLD ME TO PAY THE SAME IMMEDIATELY AND AFTER THE PAYMENT WE WILL CHECK THE METER ETC., SIR I PAID THE SAME AT THAT TIME NOW SIR YESTERDAY I HAD RECEIVED JUNE-08 MONTH BILL I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED (JUNE- 1009 UNITS RS.- 6, 320/-) TO SEE THAT THE BILL IS 5 TIMES MORE FROM MY AVERAGE MONTHLY BILL, TODAY I CONTACT TO MR. SANKHE (J.E.)AND MHAMRE (PRO) AGAIN AND TOLD ALL THE FACTS AGAIN BUT THEY ARE NOT CO-OPERATING ME AGAIN AND TOLD ME TO CHANGE THE ELECTRIC METER WITH MY OWN COST AND TAKEN RS-100/- (WITH RECEIPT) AND RS.-900/-(WITHOUT RECEIPT-AS METER CHARGES ?) THROUGH MR. VIJAY CLARK MSEDCL, NALASOPARA. SIR I AM TOTALLY UP-SET ABOUT ALL THIS THINGS GOING ON THE MSEDCL OFFICERS THEY ARE NOT CO-OPERATING THE CONSUMERS AND WANT BRIBE ALSO. SIR THIS IS NOT A FACTORY OR SHOP BILL AND I AM TOTALLY UP SET AND NOT ABLE TO PAY THE HUGE AMOUNT RS.- 6, 320/-.PLEASE TAKE ANY NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM AND RECTIFYN MY MAY AND JUNE MONTH ELECTRIC BILL AS PER THE AVERAGE OF MY MONTHLY BILLS. I several times complaint to your office that i getting my monthly electricity bill with wrong address so i am requesting to you pls correct is ASAP and priority.

My customer No is[protected]. My meter No. is [protected]. I was staying at, Building C, Block B-102, Sankalp nagar society Kalwa, My last reading is 22283Units. from 15 0f October 2009 I am not staying on above address. So I will not use the electricity till I will come back to stay there. I request you to kindly take a note of it and request you not to send avarage bill as meter is not showing any change in the reading. When I will come back I will inform you immediately.
This is for your infromation and actionnot to send avarage bill.
