Electricity bill charged even though supply was disconnected by MSEDCL for probem in meter

There was a problem in electricity supply on 27.05.2025 reason was meter was faulty. So the electricity supply to the meter was disconnected by MSEDCL wireman and advised that meter will be required to changed. So the house was kept close.
On 27.06.2025 we applied for meter replacement and paid the charges of new meter and a electricity bill of the month May 2025.

    Meter reading issue - 000382110447

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have raised several complaints that my Meter Reading is not visible and rectify the meter issue immediately. All 3 complaints are closed without taking any action and no coordination is done with me.

    I have raised a 4th Complaint now. Kindly help us take the appropriate action.

      Msedcl imposed a power cut on 9-7-24 from 11 am to 2.20 pm in Haware Vrindavan Towers ABD CHS Sector 9 Khanda Colony. Again Msedcl imposed power cuts on 8-7-24 from 3.30 pm to 4.15 pm, on 7-7-24 from 11 am to 2 pm, on 6-7-24 from 2 pm to 5 pm, on 5-7-24 from 11.30 am to 4.30 pm. Even after so many years it seems we are residing in a backward area due to Msedcl power supplier. Due to these power cuts, residents feel groggy & incapacitated & fall sick as they can't breathe properly due to lack of ventilation and they end up suffocating and sweating excessively resulting in fatalities. Following are the problems faced by the residents:- 1. Residents feel groggy and incapacitated and fall sick and their heart rate increases leading to fatalities.2. Costly vegetables, fruits, milk, batter & other perishables etc stored in the refrigerator get spoilt leading to tremendous losses. 3. Mobile phones conk off due to disruption. MSEDCL has been torturing the residents over the last 32 years despite them paying all their bills regularly and that too well before the due date. Over the years, the population in Khanda Colony has increased tremendously but the transformer capacity has not been increased by MSEDCL due to unknown reasons. When will the existing residents get 24/7 power for 365 days. They have waited patiently for the last 32 years. Mind you, Khanda Colony is located in a city Navi Mumbai which is close to Mumbai city and with close proximity to the Navi Mumbai international airport and is not a village to bear such brutal power cuts. People are not cattle. The residents pay the same rates of taxes as prevailing in Mumbai city. Till how long will uninterrupted power supply to Mumbai city be substituted with power cuts in adjoining areas. The residents appeal to the Honourable Prime Minister to initiate a CBI enquiry into these power cuts and resolve the issue permanently and provide much needed relief to the residents.

        this is regarding my last month electricity bill, i.e. June 2024, which was three times higher.

        i had raised complaint to customer care for the same, and asked them to check my meter and let me know the reason for the high bill,

        Service ID[protected] was registered for the same, and in request it was clearly mentioned that need to check the meter and load,
        Since last 1-2 year, my monthly bill below 6000,
        but for June 2024 the bill came as 18510, which is more than three times high.
        I want my meter inspection report,

        Today, i called customer care again, asking the update, then they told me that zone office has closed the complaint without checking it also, and the remark was the " Bill is as per Unit ", and they closed the complaint, even i didn't got any single call from Zonal Office.

        today, again the complaint was reopened by Executive, new SR number[protected]
        Please help to get this resolved and give me waiver for the fault that happened,

        Also, i haven't paid my bill for the last month, so please get this issue fixed so in future also i wont get any such compplaints.

              I want to Raise a complain regarding uneven supply of electricity in my Area, My Consumer No.:[protected] BU no: 7375. The power failure occurring in my region for long time more than 4 Hours. Two days ago my Complaint ID was[protected] where I raise a complaint of phase out by missed call and it get automatically resolved from customer care team but that time power was still out. That day for More than 5 Hours power was out and customer care unaware of what is the issue. and today same issue arise power is cut from 5:30 am and till now no power today date is 8.6.2024.

              This is issue repeating again and again no action is taken from any of MAHAVITRAN team.

              I am frustrated of this.

                Every month we are receiving huge bills. All bills paid but they are not acknowledged and the previous months' bill amount is added and another huge bill is generated. Urgently look into this matter. The Feb & March 2024 bills which were paid online are attached for your reference. Our neighbours who use the same or more appliances/electronic gadgets get far lesser bills than us. Urgently look into this faulty billing/double billing/discrepancy ASAP.

                  Msedcl imposed a power cut on 11-5-24 from 9.15 pm to 11.40 pm in Khanda Colony after a short rainy spell of 20 minutes. The moment the first rains arrive, power is cut and this has been happening nonstop for the last 25 years. God knows what equipment is being used by Msedcl, because in Mumbai there are no power cuts during the first rains at all. Even after so many years it seems we are residing in a backward area due to Msedcl power supplier. MSEDCL has been torturing the residents over the last 32 years despite them paying all their bills regularly and that too well before the due date. Over the years, the population in Khanda Colony has increased tremendously but the transformer capacity has not been increased by MSEDCL due to unknown reasons. When will the existing residents get 24/7 power for 365 days. They have waited patiently for the last 32 years. Mind you, Khanda Colony is located in a city Navi Mumbai with close proximity to the Navi Mumbai international airport and is not a village to bear such brutal power cuts. The residents return home tired and weary from work and EOD there is no power. People are not cattle. It is high time the transformer capacity is increased to cater to all the residents requirements in the locality. The residents appeal to the Honourable Prime Minister and Maharashtra Chief Minister to initiate a CBI enquiry into these power cuts and resolve the issue permanently and provide much needed relief to the residents.

                    For a long time I have been complaining on mahadiscom customer care about frequent power failures in our area but there is never proper response given by any. Today twice power supply failed in our area but there is no such issue for the nearby areas. There is never a proper communication made by MSEB about power failure outages or their resolutions.

                      There has been frequent power failures where I live. Upon contacting local subdivision they confirm that there is no load-shedding or repair so they're unaware of the cause.
                      That's why they inform us that they'll visit the premises.
                      Today I've raised one such complaint and got a call from local subdivision employee saying I need to go downstairs and visit them in person. I went and called them and noone picked up!!! Standing...
