[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd — Changing meter without informing consumer

Dear Sir
This is to inform you, I am a resident of Nashik, and electrical power is given by MSEDCL Satpur Sub station Nashik. Our Meters from where MSEDCL takes the reading every month is changed by MSEDCL people without any prior information or intimation to the consumer.

I am staying in a apartment in Nashik, where apartments meter is separate and flat owners meters are separate on Individuals name and aprtment committee is not responsible for payment of our bills

In such situation when a MSEDCL Official come and do the necessary repair or replacement of meters he should inform well in advance to consumer so that consumer can attend the person while changing meter and note down the reading of earlie meter

This a right of an individual consumer of electricity from whom MSEDCL recovers bill But this does not happen

Will you please guide me so that I can lodge a complaint for the same also in MSEDCL
