Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd — Got heavy electric bill for the month of oct

dear sir
i am citizen of india.i stay in mumbai (mulund).as i am middle class person and since two month i am getting a very heavy bills from sept to oct
here i am mention the bill details in below

for the month sept

meter no : [protected]
meter reading : 740
bill amount : 3500
receipt no : 2591810
dated : 20/10/2012

for the month oct
customer no :[protected]
meter no : [protected]
meter reading : 1446
bill amount : 6740

The above deails was for the month of sept. As we have paid the sill heavy bill as we thought we may have used the electircity.but in the month of oct the bill came and we saw the bill and we have not used tht much electircity and pervious month also we still paid tht bills.but now this is to much and we surprised to see.and i forced you to revised the bill and send me a new bill for the month of oct.i hope that some action will be taken on this issue as soon as possible.
