Mahindra Flyte — faulty part used by service centre

myself Rakesh ,i am using mahindra flyte,few months ago when petrol was leaking from petrol tank, i get it changed from service center of mahindra (auto center ,bilaspur,C.G.) but they changed but still it was leaking (on filling it more than 2 lit.),when i complained about it they told ,they don't have new more pieces now,they will change it within couple of months in the while service man applied m-seal over it and told not to fill more than 2lit. Many months have been passed by now they are refusing to change it.please help my mobile no is [protected] and id - [protected]@yahoo.co.in
