[Resolved]  Mahindra Holidays — non comitted company

Below given 2 sets of emails will explain it all-My referral chk has not been given to me - wasprovided 2 given only one-
my season upgrade has not taken effect was told i can go in december to redeem the free holiday -upon joining-

numerous mail to their feed back department and senior team members have yielded no result- they are not even calling me to enquire- inspite of requesting not to charge my credit card for the emi- they keep on doing it-
have allmails recorded- sent as feedback and promised an answer in 48-to 72 hrs -months have passed - no answer-
fake company

Hello team,

In extension to my previous mails little has resolved to date.

My season upgrade req at older prices, as was promised has not taken effect inspite of verbal approvals and assurances by shika - delhi office- my referral chk of 4000 inr has not been givento me till date -

your delhi office has taken the season upgrade chk of 5056 inr on 21oct 2008 - till date it is not showing in your system.

upon talking to tanveer the emi/accounts exec-was told they have not recvd the chk, and even if they did, he cannot put the chk as system will not except a chk for less amount than, what is prevailing today.



The consequene is my holiday voucher which i wanted to use in December in Goa- cannot be used since it is too late for bookings- all because of 1.ritika the sales gir &l 2. shika who has no followup whatsoever- she sounds cool on phone as if she will take care of everything, but you call her in 1 hr and she forgets everything.



Also she is elusive like ritika- never found on her seat ( as per the receptionist) i have to hold the line for 5-10 mnts before iam told she is busy. Also never once has been my call returned inspite of leaving messages with reception- the lady at the reception always assure that my msg was given to shikha- never even once have I got a call back from anyone



Also I notice something which does commensurate with high quality service providing office ----that the entire customer service team goes on lunch together- which should be not be the norm of an international standard customer servicing office- c/service reps take turns in smaller groups to have their breaks. This to ensure there is someone at least who can listen to the customer and give or take remidail actions.



i feel iam being made to run around just because i have paid the money first. also as per some last mails have clearly stated not to charge my credit card before the issue is resolved- but still no body though it was important.

The damage has already been done- i assure your leadership team iam not going to recommend club mahindra holiday to anyone - just because of the levels of service and commitment

respected mam
i had taken ur membership on 08/02/2010 with an agreement that i will get a a cottage on ur verca beach on march 24 to 27 march but now they r stating that it is unavailable.due to ur confirmation i have booked my flight ticketswhich r partly refundable so please solve my problem and mail me sooner as possible.
