Hi,
I had applied for home loan through Mahindra Rural Housing finance ltd. They have kept saying that I should submit the document and it is under process after 1 month they inform me that my application is send to account and legal department for verification.
This way they have wasted my 6 months. After that they said that they need partnership deed of builder and builder refuse to give that on account of saying that it is their personal deed.
After that I had requested mahindra rural finance for refund of my processing charges Rs. 5, 000/- now they are delaying my request almost for last 3 months. It is a worst company I had ever seen. Was this information helpful? | 
Actually in all Finance Companies, the processing fees is "Non Refundable". All the persons need only money from bank sectors but they don't care about Rules and conditions before signing. At least u should discuss with your customer manager...
