[Resolved] Mahindra Satyam — Cheating through The Great Indian Festival offer | |||
The complaint is regarding deceiving me regarding the details of the Great Indian Festival Offer through telephone call and making me buy the offer worth 7719/- which is useless to me. The marketing executive misinformed me by saying that the offer included two 5000/- worth 'Domestic' travelling vouchers. When I asked her to send a mail with all the details, she politely declined by saying that if she start doing for one customer she has to do the same for every customer. I trusted the marketing executive as I trusted make my trip. I agreed and I paid the money through IVR. When the offer came the offer included two 5000/- worth international travelling vouchers. It did not include two 5000- worth. 'Domestic' traveling vouchers as promised. I felt I was cheated and started asking the money back. When I asked for the refund, they are not agreeing and all of a sudden I could see the rudeness in their voice. I send lot of mails to [protected]@shiftthoughts.com, but the mail started bouncing back. The customer care number:[protected] is always engaged. So I can no way communicate with them. Hence this complaint. I am disappointed and humiliated by the behavior . Being a regular customer the discourtesy shown to me is unforgivable. Sir, please take this complaint and it distresses me to have to write a message such as this to you, and I certainly hope and trust that it will never again be necessary by anyone.
