Dear sir/ madam,

I booked a Kochi-Mumbai ticket for 26th Feb, then rescheduled to 23rd Feb due to an emergency. I paid ?4000extra during rescheduling. Because of that emergency airlines refunded 2250 rs to third party app and from that 2250 make my trip deducted some amount and refunded around 1200. I contacted them and asked regarding this. They replied that they deducted the amount of coupon which i have used.

Iâ€™m not able to reach any of Makemytrip customer service for my refund.

My booking was cancelled by Saudi Airlines to MakeMyTrip only 3 minutes after the ticket was issued. However, I did not receive any refund for more than 3 weeks now.
Moreover, I noticed MakeMyTrip are planning for a deduction of 155 AED. Refer to attached where paid amount 1893.15 AED while planned refund is 1738 AED.

MAKEMYTRIP IS A LIAR! I booked my flight and choose the option to include 25kgs check in baggage allowance only to find that the original flight provider has not included the second luggage option in my ticket! After I booked my tickets from MakeMyTrip platform, I used the booking Id to get a confirmation from the original flight provider website and was informed that o have to 75 Euros MORE on the 2 extra luggages which were supposedly included...

I had booked a/c sleeper bus ticket through makemytrip from jaipur to mumbai but i went to my boarding point at jay mahadev travels, sindhi camp jaipur they provided me seater bus for me and my wife and i have a back pain issue so from jaipur to ajmer we had to travel in a seater bus which was a painful experience and for this i blame makemytrip and i trusted this portal for my good experience.

I had raised a request for a refund on medical grounds on 28th Decemeber, I still haven't received any update on the said issue. I am unable to get in touch with anyone from their customer support team. Their toll free number only directs me to a chatbot. I also checked with the airline's support team and they are saying that no request was raised from makemytrip.

Please do resolve this at the earliest.

Hi,

For Booking ID NF7AIH6M[protected], one flight ticket from Madurai to Delhi, money has been deducted twice via UPI, each of INR 10803. The UPI transaction IDs are :[protected] and[protected]. Two payments have been made for one flight ticket.

I am unable to reach the MMT customer care to resolve this. Kindly requesting the team to help with this, and some legit way to get in touch with real human customer...

I have rescheduled my flight from 7th Jan to 4th Jan from Kolkata to Chennai
Air India has already processed a refund Rs 3000 related to this booking to MakeMyTrip after rescheduling.
However, MakeMyTrip provides no appropriate option on its app or website to raise this issue.

I made a following resort booking from MMT:

Resort: Tree of Life Resort & Spa, Jaipur for 5th to 7th Decâ€™25
Requested MMT to upgrade my room from Garden room to Pool room and if they can upgrade I was ok to take it from 6th to 8th Decâ€™25 as well.

I had a round trip from Chennai to Pune of 4th December and 8th December respectively. My flight from chennai was cancelled by the airline.

I have booked a ticket PNR O2PQQL travel date- 01.01.2026 Akasa air flight no QP1822 New Delhi to Bengaluru. I got a message and email from Akasa that the fight has been cancelled due to the winter season schedule and you are re-accommodated for an alternate flight QP 1824 Departure 19.55hrs./Arrival time 22.55hrs.
As per the message/email I opted for the full refund and also submit the form for full refund the link given by Akasa....
