MAHINDRA - XYLO — XYLO - A CAR WITH SERIOUS ISSUES

Last year I purchased a NEW xylo car ( MH-02B-5536) from NBS international but the car I was sold was defective from day one it had a manufacturing defect in the gear box, by that I mean one needs to be a truck driver to engage the second gear.
As this was the first time I had purchased a diesel vehicle I presumed that I've asked for trouble. This is not all, there was loud fan belt noise in the car which I was told by the engineers at NBS that it was a companies manufacturing defect and was replaced me a different size fan belt when the car went to the workshop the first time. However my second gear issue still remains. In 2010 I have send my vehicle to the NBS workshop six times, believe me my car has been in the workshop for17 days last year but their incompetent team of engineers have still not been able to rectify this problem. Mr Subroto & Ms Sujata of NBS have promised to me time and again to send the vehicle to the workshop for the last time as they will make sure they will get my problem resolved. What do they really do with my vehicle every time it goes to the workshop only they would be able to answer, My guess is they just get my car cleaned, tires polished and oil my doors and send the car back just to fool me. This waste exercise has already cost me at least 4000rs in burnt diesel apart from the major inconvenience of not having a damn vehicle to drive,hiring taxis and all. Xylo is definitely a car with major issues, after many full tank runs i have also noted that it has very bad mileage of 6.5km only, even though Mahindra would promise a different figure. I request to you or the people who have designed this car to please recommend me someone who knows anything about the gear snag in this car, or rather I challenge someone in the Mahindra technical team to tackle my issue.
