Mailtoday newspaper — regarding two year subscription
I am a subscriber of mail today right from day one the paper was launched.I had taken the subscription for two years and had paid rupees 999 by cheque no.0389373 of Hdfc bank Branch rohini.I had recived the coupans also for the same.But due to Termites in my house my coupans were destroyed.I had called the company so many times but they hardly listen to me.I had asked them if they can provied me with duplicate copy of them.They just simply said sorry.I am paying for the newspaper since january.There is no such way that I can ask back for the money.
As India today group is such a big reowned company I think so they can at least do something on this matter.
i have subscription of mail today. now my address has changed. i had informed the vendor on time. he said he would return the coupons which i can give it to my new vendor( at my new residence). till date i have not received any coupon. now he says that those coupons are not valid there. he will refund me the balance amount. but the vendor here says that i can change the address on internet. and those coupons will be valid here. i don`t know what is the procedure and site on internet where i can change my address.
i subscribed for mail today two months back now ihave changed the adress in delhi but inspite of several requests and reminders the vendor is not ready to deleiver newspaper at mine new address. before giving subscription he promised to deleiver it any wr in NCR and chandigarh.

sir/madami subscribed to mail today newspaper through cheque no.102058 dated[protected] of Rs 499 for twelve months.my form no. is 130147 and i have started receiving my copies and my gift voucher too.its only when i saw the details of my account that i realised Rs 999 have been deducted by you and i subscribed only for a year.so i want my remaining amount back.i want you to look into the matter as soon as possible.
