I have been the customer for 2years, it is the biggest night mare to get service from these people, & my biggest mistake to have it registered with them, they cust service is full of dumb people, who do not undersatand or know anything, & when u want to transfer the domain to other hosting company, they will simple not approve, u need to hit around the bushes, fed up of thier bad service i changed my domain to a diffrent hosting agent, enen today after 2 yrs, i need to pay domain charges to manashosting, as they fhave still not completely transferred the domain
