[Resolved]  Manav Enterprises — Repairs & Leakages

I am a resident of Assopalav CHS Ltd. Poonam Garden, Mira Road E. Residing in E wing 1st floor Flat no. 101 & 102. The said flat was taken possession on 26 Dec 2009.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have been staying in the Flat from the month of April 2010, there were various civil & plumbing work which after periodically followed was done. There was one work which was pending, the ceiling leakage in the Kitchen premises which went un attended.

As during the rainy season there has been a nightmare of various leakages:
1. Ceiling Leakage in Small Bedroom in the centre causing bad odor and particles falling down.
2. Leakage in the adjacent wall facing the garden along with ceiling. (Small Bedroom)
3. Wall facing the Common toilet where in part of plaster is come out of the ceiling.
4. Ceiling leakage in the Kitchen area it is fungicide and causing unhygienic condition and a threat to decease.

I am attaching the pics so that one can understand in how much stress I have been living in, I have my old widow mother at home and I have been working hard to take care of loan and besides this the society is only talking about writing complaints there has been no action from past 2 months.

I need some help to get me out of this trouble.
