Dear bpcl on 7/11/2017 i have got the refill cylinder but the issue is i hane not got the subsidy to my bank account (243.93) even i had confirmed my aadhaar to linked to kotak bank by calling phone banking, but the main issue is the customer service, when i called my distributor a lady who is the incharge of all telephonic communication talked with me very rudely for the said issue she told me that mu aadhaar is not updated and she is not attending the call after that,
I want to raise a complaint about her misbehaviour and bpcl have to take a serious action to her. My consumer # 30737, cell#[protected]
