[Resolved]  Manav Rachna International University — Non refund of admission fee

I withdrew admission of my son Tarun Nashier (Enrolement No. 2009C3/0232) from Integrated B.Tech (ECE) course offered by CITM on 20.07.2009. As per the policy of the university, The fee deposited shall be refunded within one month after deducting Rs. 1000/- from it. But till today more than 2 monyhs have passed and the cheat university does reply to the phone calls in this regard.Four students studying at the campus in various institutes who are known to me have denied to meet the office for enquirying about the status of my fee refund.

An e-mail have also been sent to the HRD ministry website in this regard but to no avail.This university was granted the status of deemed university only last year wich needs to be withdrawn by UGC since the university is indulging in unfair means & not fulfilling its commitment to its students.
There are several other means are being adopted by this university to extract money from the pockets of the aspiring students, hence seeking admission to this university may be avoided.

Readers of complaints on this website are requested not to be get cheated by this mischevous university and the govt. of india bodies are requested to take stern action against this type of malpractice adopted by this university and help me get my fee refunded.
