Manav Rachna International University [Mriu] — Admission Fee Refund

I had taken admission to BTech Computer Science Stream in Jul 2022 and submitted the fee. I had to later move out and applied for refund in due time as per UGC guidelines, but the university still not processing refund. It has been 4 months since they acknowledged.
