usless government should take action
We are facing tremendous problems due to shortage of current in Mangalore. It is almost an everyday affair. The current supply goes off for an average of six hour a day. There are no telephone number of the MESCOM on the electricity bill, in case the customer needs to contact them.
During an emergency and shortage of supply their phones are always engaged, no reply from their side.
Very poor service and this is happening due to lack of competition, hope there is completion in future.

Nowadays, instead of power cuts, the opposite is happening--> ie, for most of the times, power is not there, and in between the power comes in.
What is happening here, and who is responsible for this..?
Would really appreciate if the concerned authorities would check and get this aggravated problem resolved as soon as possible.
