I need to know my 10 digit account ID as my bill only displays 2460438 as account ID for RR Numbering HDK2730 ( MR207) ....

Current bill has only consumer id & rr no. How do I find account id?

Here I'm asking you guys!!! Is there you hired skilled labors or unskilled?
And please keep in mind we are in 2023 not in 1883. And instead of keeping Telephone Busy please tell your Tel-Operator to jump in the deep water. And the Lineman's couldn't find the Faults anywhere in a whole day then how they find at night!!! Now its 10am Till now there is no power at all. 2nd day started, not receiving the phone nor no power. Very poor service & negligence's from S.O &whole team...!!!

And major thing is not checking the Electric Pole inside the village but they sent a bill person inside the village because it's all connected with leaves, some poles are in worst scenario... Great Mulki Mescom.

when i am trying to apply for gruhajyothi scheme online after entering my account id [protected] (aeh7030) a message is received that "your account id does not exist" so please kindly solve this issue at the earliest.

We are facing power cut 6-7 times in a day, even during night continuous power cuts will be there, up to may month there was no power cut and now suddenly unexpected power cuts that too many times in a day… why????
This is affecting on people who work from home and other small industries,

Why the power cut during weekdays, why not in weekends like saturdays, bcz of covid we work from home and in name of maintenance facing power shutdown for entire day or 1-2 days, why are you troubling people.

Power cut issue at night time..due to this hot summer it's very difficult to manage power cut that also at night time.kindly look into this

Im a resident of jodukatte, miyar karkala.Meter no:66767 due to power fluctuations our inverter is damaged and I'm unable to work from home due to frequent power cuts as the TC of our transformer is damaged.Please do the needful as it has affected our day to day activities

This is regarding frequent power cuts in the area Monkeystand new cross road. MESCOM has been helpful in responding over calls to CC however frequent power cuts due to power trip, jumper cable repair, etc is getting too frequent and causing inconvenience to tax paying citizens of the area…

Request you to please check the issue on grounds to see if there is a permanent solution for these power trips as part of “SMART CITY” Project…

Power Outage for long hours is being frequent in Surathkal -Thadamabail- Marigudi area.. When we call upon their number for repairing, they don't pick up. Electricity charge is high here compared to other states and very bad service.. It's high time somebody addressed it and filed a public grievance complaint to court.

Power cut please send complaint registration text message and informed me when will be power come

The thing is - Day time power cut at the time of rainy season is Ok. But this is not the time of power cuts at night.
And how the Dim / High power ia happening at night.!!!

S. O of Karnad, Mulki not taking any calls & Morning 8 power got disconnected but the whole day they didn't find the fault & again whole night there is no power due to carelessness of line mans. And the Line mans in the Mulki Mescom are Untrained except Somappa.
And the reason we are facing this type of situations still paying double charges as a bill. And as a main branch Mangalore this time you must take strict action on them specially...

Electricity has been sanctioned 4 months back but my bill is pending. Since 3 months i am asking MESCOM to give the bill so that i can pay my bill without any penalty.But still now they are not responding and not providing the bill to me.Then they will charge heavy penalty for that bill who will bear that thing.very irresponsible management and very harsh.solve this problem asap.I will be not be able to pay the penalty.I[censored] cant i will case on the company.My contact no:[protected]

This is to highlight how poor and terrible MESCOM services are Specifically in UDUPI and surrounding areas. They not only use faulty equipment's which causes power disruption causing hassle and distress to households and families. The complaint redressal mechanism is hopeless. It is better to route all the complaint call to IVR as the customer support team are inhumane and heartless. Lack of manpower specially during night hours add salt to injury as there are limited staffing and they will kind of ignore your complaint even though it means you face issues and are forced to sleep hopelessly. My old aged mom who stays alone had to face a lot of issues as there was voltage fluctuation and frequent disruption of electricity supply. Dtd. 22nd August 2022 since 7.30PM electricity was disrupted and a complaint was made which followed with a series of follow ups and top up complaints, however, even after waiting for like 4 to 5 hours the complaint is still not solved. Not only this a lot of times unnecessary power outage happens without any prior intimation.
