The company named as mani India Technology Ltd located in kovilpatti, where I worked hard for nearly 2 Year. In that 2 year they are not gave salary properly. Each and Every time they will simply told client is not release cheque thats why delay to put salary for everybody eg January month salary they will give February month end. February month salary they will gave only march month end not full salary half salary only. Each and Every time employees tolerate this because of their career and family situation. Management will use this opportunity and earn a lot. I can't understand if client is release cheque or not management will settled salary without any delay to employees. Anybody relieve from this company. They didn't gave pending salary. if that employee ask HR. He simply told ok i will discuss with Management and get back with you. After waiting for one month who knows even 6 months or 1 yr after that employee vexed and send directly mail to MD regarding pending salary details they didn't got any mail from him. So, After 6 months or 1 year after that employee very much disappointed and forgot this issue. In this way They Earned a lot . But In Technical knowledge we can learn more in this company. If that management will read out my points and change their behavior and settled all employees pending salary and in future they will give monthly salary properly I am damn sure Mani India Technologies is the best IT company Was this information helpful? |
