Form 16 not issued by my last company. I have not received form-16 for last year from my employer. as i have left the comp . In spite of several reminders there is no action,so that un able to submitte return file. I do not know what should be my further course of action. my name is mohd ismail. my pan no.AMMPM1289P.[protected] ASSESSMENT YEAR check returned due address change. i submit new address to officer ward-3. he changed aimost 4 times. but i didnot receive the refund cheque. kindly do needful.

Hi,
My name is Vishal Thakur, I worked in Mankind pharma from May/2018 to Dec/2020.
I have raised PF withdraw transfer request online, Field officer has cleared the claim and status showing claim settled.
But my PF is not transferred to my current PF account. My PF account no. is HPSML[protected].
Please do the needful.
