I some medicine order from netmed and my payment done via paytm upi successful but my order detail not showing. What can I do?

Here I have purchased one strip of candiforce 200 mg 7 capsule strip but I have found one empty cell without capsule filled by company....

My expiry is not exchange and distributor is visiting to my shpo

I bought Health OK sachet box from Sakha Medical Stire Thane on 30.08.2021. My daughter had opened the sachet box and open one sachet there was a moisture in the sachet and had not used it. Then she had opened the another packet of sachet, and she had a same issue, there was a moisture in another packet, so there were 2 moisture sachets in one box. So I went to medical store, he had informed that please complaint on the website.

Manufacturer 05/2021.

Request to replace the sachet of health ok.

I've observed from years that you people are why writing expiring date on tablets using blue ink stamp impressions that can be removed easily by using nail polish remover and can resale same tablets by just mentioning new dates on it if expired so this is seems to be scams from mankind company...

I have bought moxikind cv 375 tablet strip, inside that some tablets are having holes and eroded edges with powders spilling from the tablet. I beleive large companies like this don't compromise on quality that's what makes it different from other companies. Even it is just marketed only by mankind they have to assure the quality of the medicines its their responsibility and its also a costly medicine. Consumers buy because of the trust in brand names. Kindly have a look at that medicine.

Hi this is Tarun I order the N-95 mask from mankind official website and instead of the mask I received hand saintizer price of 99 and I already paid 510 for the mask.
About this matter try to contact mankind prahema assistant but they not able to help me. After that, I send an email to complain about this but didn't receive any reply from the company mail. Already 3 week passses but no one solved my problem.

I am a chemist, i have a complaint about your company's representative.
Sir i had taken 7% scheme of your company but for 2 months i did not get amazon coupon so when i asked the representative of the company he gave me very opposite answers and his speaking language was very rough so i wrote a status about mankind in it. I wrote that i am annoyed at the mankind company that i did not receive my gift, this status stockist first asked me to delete it and i deleted it. This is to inform you that we are working as a field force in mankind pharma ltd @ branch: chidambaram (Cuddalore). On 14th nov'19 one of my team member mr. M. Suresh had received a carton box of carvaan gift which was mentioned in the despatch list as a quantity of 10 nos., but actually while receiving the consignment there is a shortage of 5 (Five) nos. My field force mr. M. Suresh had opened the consignment in front ur delivery person with video recording and it has been found that 5pieces of carvaan gift was missing. He had noted down the 5pieces of shortage in that gr copy and got signature from ur delivery person named mr. Udhaya kumar, then immediately we informed the shortage issue to our head office located @ new delhi. Further we had sent a intimation mail to our head office about this shortage. Our team co-ordinator replied to us that he was waiting for transporter reply, we also waited for the same. Few months gone and lockdown was implemented in india. Now after lock down once again we sent a mail to our head office about this shortage, we received a reply mail from transporter as mentioned below.

Please find the attached original pods in zip file.
There is no remark on pods
Moreover the pod which was shared by field is forged
Please talk to mr as we cannot accept the debit. This is very unethical.

Sir, the mistake is from the tranporter of cuddalore branch head, he doesnt attach the copy which he received from us about the shortage mentioned in the pod copy. Its truly safe express cuddalore branch head mistake. Even today (12/06/2020) also we met your safe express, cuddalore branch head mr. K. Jeevan mobile no.: [protected] & [protected]. He also accepted the shortage with direct meet conversation and further he tried to hide his mistakes done which he had not attached the shortage mentioned pod copy. He told that he will send the proper acknowledgement copy to transporter head office but till this time we had not received any mail from him.
Sir, we are much unsatisfied with your safe express branch head response in this issue, even though he had proper documents of shortage pod acknowledgement with him, but he didn’t attach and forward that copy to his transporter office, he accepted the shortage of goods, while we met him today but for sending the details to transporter office he is purposefully avoiding us. From this regard my field force mr. M. Suresh got black mark in his career from our head office and kind notice to you sir, henceforth we never like to receive any goods from your safe express cuddalore branch head if the problem was not solved by his end.

Dear team,

My self Kalpesh Kakadiya. I purchased orthoboon sachet on different different medical store in Surat city. But both medical store charged me different different price. Like one charged of Rs 55 and another charge of Rs 75.

Why is possible to charged different different price for same product. This is very bad for patients. Kindly take necessary action for the same and also inform to me.

Kindly find attached bill copy and product image with price tag.
