Sub : Complaint against M/s.ACKRUTI BUILDERS
Having his office at Akruti Trade centre, Road No.7,
MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 093.

Sir / Madam,
I the undersighned do hereby state to you as under.
I say that I Mr. Keshubhai Gohil is the absolute and rightful
Occupier of amba tailor, shop no – 3, Kiran building no – 1
Old nagardas road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 069 (“the said shop”).

I further say that one M/s.AKRUTI BUILDERS, having its
Office at akruti trade centre, Road No.7, MIDC, Andheri (East)
Mumbai – 400 093 (“the said developer”), is interested in the open
Space available in front my shop and wants to obstruct my right of
Way, light ventilation and air illegally and unlawfully by constructing
a Transit Camp in front of my shop. I say that I does not wish to allow

the said Developer to construct at Transit camp in front of my shop by available in front of my Shop. Therefore, I bring in ti your notice that under the instructions of the said Developer, their agents are
digging / drilling the open space available n front of my shop to
prepare a Transit camp illegally and unlawfully by putting pressure
upon me.

I further say that M / s. AKRUTI BUILDERS is very rich
Person and having muscle power. By aany means, the said Developer
Wants to grab the open space available in front of my shop.

In the circumstances afore said, I request your goodself to lodge
a complaint against M / s.AKRUTI BUILDERS and initiate strict legal
action gainst them with immediate effect from receipt of this
Complaint and protect my right to occupy he said land without any
Obstruction from M/s. AKRUTI BUILDERS and do the justice as per law
