manpower — ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IN DELHI

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that an unauthorized construction is going on at BES - 40, Near Ram Gardia Gurudwara, Hari Nagar, Opposite Gupta Nursing Home (Closed), New Delhi - 110064.
An un-authorized construction is going on by an builder due to which we are facing lots of problem. Everywhere they are throwing dust, cement, mud, concrete, wooden planks etc due to which the area people / residents are facing lots of problem.

I am suffering with acute asthma and while crossing the area I got faint three times, if any thing wrong happened to me, Mr. Kohli (Builder of the project) is only responsible for the same. The fresh air is completely stop due to this construction work. Also his planning to construct the building of four floors having 8 flats. Its a very small street due to which today we are facing lots of problem of parking. Now you can better understand that after completion of this building where we park the vehicles.
Due to this sky touching building the sun light as well as fresh air will not comes to any ones house.

I also lodged a complaint to MCD customer care four time but no action was taken by them till date. I personally went to area engineer and requested him to stop the construction work. He straight forward replied that Everything is going on according to MCD and law there is no any unauthorized / illegal construction is going on.

I don't understand, to whom I lodged a complaint against this corruption. Every official of MCD/ DDA as well as police department is involved in this case.

Our Senior Govt. Official always says that if there is any thing wrong going on in your locality then please inform us we will take strong action against it but in this case I understood at which level the corruption is reached. Nobody is here to listen us and our genuine problem.

Please do the needful and provide us justice against this nonsense which is going on.

Further, when the continuous requests were made to him and his family considering them as our neighbors, there is no reasonable attention being paid towards our requests and therefore, I request MCD to take a strict & necessary action against this construction and put a hold to this construction.
