[Resolved]  MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD — Complaint in regard of Worst Quality of Services in Workshop providing to us

I came to ur workshop on 4 October 2015 with my accidental swift car no DL2CAS2833. Mr Ashwini treated me that day and he gave me car on Monday dt 12 October 2015 (copy of bill is being enclosed). That day I was getting late and I didn't check my car properly. When I was taking my car I asked for my car's antenna and mr ASHWANI KUMAR told me that he gave my car's antenna with other things on 4 October 2015 . Whereas he didn't gave me anything, someone o[censored]r workshop's employee gave me my car's thigs but he didn't gave me antenna. When I told him that u didn't gave me my car's antenna with other things. Mr Ashwini told me that he gave me. When I told him that u just search properly. After that he gave me my car's antenna. After 3 days when I was checking my car, back sensor was missing and I called Mr ASHWINI for back sensor, he replied me that '' u come here we will check ''. Again I called MR ASHWINI for sensor and he again replied me that I would be come to him and he'll check but he didn't tell me that sensor was with him. I went today 17 October 2015 and met Mr ASHWINI. He gave me sensor And told me " Aap Lajpat Nagar se ise lagwa lijiye. Hamare pas ladka nahi hai lagane wala Aur jub Maine bola ki gar sensor apk pas tha to apne bataya nahi Aur lagaya b nahi Aur kahi Mai 10 maheene iske bare me na puchta to ap batate bhi nahi to Mr ASHWANI ne kaha ki hum nahi batate" I just want to know when I gave my car in your workshop with back sensor whom responsible for that. I live in noida sector 27 and Rohan motors is nearest workshop from My home but I gave my in ur workshop.for car service u provide us pick n drop but my car's accessories with you and u just told me that I would be come to you and afterthat you'll check. I just want to know KI MERI CAR SE GAR KUCH AP NIKALTE HO TO USE LAGA K KAUN DEGA. Plz reply me asap.
