Dear Sir/Madam,
Let me take this opportunity to introduce my self my name is shajudheen,(KL-10 AE4318).Since last 10yrs I was using Fiat car unfortunately I have moved to maruthi which had lot of promise. I call my sel[censored]nfortunate owner of Eeco.At the time of sales call I was promised with lots of good thing but in real nothing happened. following are my few complaints.
01.Sliding door lock broke in the first week,for which the dealer have taken cash for replacement.
02.I was promised 15 to 16km per ltr,which i never got.
03.Allignment of the Vehicle is in such bad condition that 10000 km my four tyres have almost given up.
04.Suspension & Break not functioning properly, Same was informed to the dealer, they kept it for almost ten day in there work shop but sorry to say nothing happened.
05.Sliding doors not closing or opening properly.
Same was informed/requested many time to our dealer (AM motors mallapuram)but nothing happened, hoping you will take some action.
